The Media Group consists of MMG Finance division, focusing on financing for filmed entertainment, pap and mezzanine loans, tax credit, pre-sale, co-production financing, as well as equity participations. MMP, the film and television productions group, focusing on high-profile content, with Michele Ohayon, award winning producer/director handling all content . MMG’s Music arm, MMM, manages the music licensing for the films, and MMD, the Writer Guild of America’s signatory company, which develops Magnet’s content. MMG Germany run by Frank Wegerhoff, former Network Executive and award-winning writer/producer, handles all productions located in Germany.

MMP the film and television production group, focusing on high-profile content, is run by VP of Production and Development Michele Ohayon, an Award winning director, producer and writer. The production division handles the talent packaging and the supervision of the creative and physical aspects of the production.

MMG Indie is the low budget arm of MMG productions, and is in the experienced hands of veteran producer Kim Ray,. Its content consist of high-quality low budget art-house and television projects.
